On Monday night Brad and I went to the Nie Nie benefit concert and had a lot of fun! The concert featured Mindy Gledhill, The Thrillionaires (an amazingly funny and talented improv group), and special guests Ryan Shupe and David Osmond (am I the only one who doesn't watch American Idol? I had no idea who he was - besides an "Osmond" - plus, he had really weird hair that kinda freaked me out AND he kept on plugging some website so it felt like he was there more for an agenda. . . obviously he wasn't my favorite part of the evening. BUT he wasn't awful by any means). I didn't get any good pictures of the concert but here are some.
It was a really fun night and it was amazing to see how many people showed up. I think the silent auction raised about $11,000. Pretty impressive.
Oh, and yes, I am a little link happy. After the first few I just decided to go with it and see how many I could add. Enjoy!

Ah, David Osmond...Is he on American Idol? Apparently I don't watch it either. However, when Joseph & the Amazing Techni-Color Dreamcoat came to Utah and Donny Osmond starred in it, David was his understudy. That's how I know who he is! I went a couple of times and saw them both (totally liked David better). He was pretty dang attractive back in those days... :)
