Last night Brad and I went to the Draper Temple Open House with his siblings (well, most of them). It was a long night (it took about 3 hours total) but it was a lot of fun and the temple was so beautiful! Temples are amazing and this temple was no exception. I especially loved the sparkly chandeliers and beautiful upholstery. I can't wait to go perform ordinances there!
This was the best picture we could get of the temple in the dark. Blurry but still beautiful.
Brad and I on the shuttle to the temple.
Today was a stake enrichment activity called "The Best of Enrichment." I didn't really know what to expect but I went anyway and it was awesome. I got to learn a few techniques of book binding, about family recreation, and a little bit about Hawaiian culture (we made fabric flowers for our hair and learned a little dance). To top it all off they fed us Cafe Rio "style" salads. It was a fun way to spend my morning while Brad was stuck in his MCAT prep-course .
My flower and books.

You've bound some books, now you can start your journaling back up! That could be a fun way to personalize memory books.
I'm very excited to go to the Draper Temple open house.
It really was amazing. And I'm glad that your Saturday was almost as fun as mine was.
Hey! I went to the Draper Temple open house on Saturday too! I went at 4pm though so we obviously missed each other! It was awesome!
