Sorry my posting of pictures was not enough for many of my devoted readers. Here is what happened on my lovely camping adventure with Brad, my sister Jeanette, her husband Hadley, and their two beautiful children:
Thursday night - after the long drive down Brad and I had dinner at the local Taco Time, enjoyed the locals who hung out there, and stayed the night in the Best Western in Torrey with my sister and her family (as it was pretty dang cold that night).
Friday morning - ate breakfast and set up camp at Fruita (so beautiful!).
Friday afternoon - ate lunch, saw petroglyph's, saw the historic Fruita schoolhouse, went for a scenic drive through Capitol Reef, went on a hike, saw pioneer registry and lizards and flew a kite...
Friday night - ate dinner, watched Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with the kids, and went to bed.
Saturday morning: made an awesome dutch oven breakfast, ate it, and cleaned up camp.
Saturday afternoon: drove to Goblin Valley, ate lunch, and went on a hike.
Saturday night: drove home.

...TACO TOWN!! I love that video... And now I'm disappointed that it's not on Youtube anymore, so almost no-one will know what I'm talking about. Blah.

I guess that was better. You said all that you did. But you didn't give me a real taste of how you felt doing all those things. I didn't get any emotion out of your narrating. I was giving commentary but still left wanting.
