Last weekend I helped throw a baby shower for my cute friend and visiting teachee, Emi. I didn't take the greatest of pictures, even though it was at my house. And I just realized, I never even got a picture of the cute mom-to-be... or the other ladies who did most of the work for the shower. Lame.

It was nice, I didn't have to make any of the food! There were two different kinds of sushi (one had beets, romaine, and cream cheese while the other was cucumber, egg, and avocado), ham and cheese pinwheels, cheesecake pops, caramel and kettle corn, and a chocolate with raspberry cream cake. Yummy. I think I probably ate half of the sushi completely by myself. I might have an addiction.

My house was more decorated than this, but you get the idea. All-in-all, I think the shower was a success but I don't have plans on throwing another one anytime soon. :)
Also, Aunt Julie, can you spot the addition you made to the shower decor? Hint: it is on the food table.

It took me a minute, but yes. It's the flower picture. Yay! It looks like you had some yummy food and the decorations look great!
