My cute little sister-in-law's birthday is coming up soon. She loves dressing-up and dancing so I decided to make her a tutu. I think it turned out way cute. It is light pink and white tulle with pink, light pink, and white ribbon. With the leftover tulle and ribbon I plan on making a matching tutu for her American Girl doll.
