Jess can cook

For the past few days I just can't seem to tear myself away from allrecipes.com. I basically want to try (almost) every recipe I come across. Here are a few I want to try:

gnocchi (I've never had it but it sounds tasty right?!)

carrot cake (I know it's not from allrecipes but it still sounds amazing and great for Easter)

fettuccine with sweet pepper-cayenne sauce (mmmm)

broiled tomato sandwich (simple yet satisfying... I bet)

emily's famous hash browns (I LOVE homemade hash browns)

easy broccoli quiche (I've never tried quiche but I want to)

di's delicious deviled eggs (hello Easter!)

And I think I'll stop there. I just wish I had the time right now to try all of these out. Luckily, I'll have plenty of time in 5 weeks once I GRADUATE!

The great thing about you trying those recipes is that I get to eat 'em. Yessssss!

I've been having fun lately on the same website! I love how I can get in the mood to make something and then find a ton of different recipes to choose from online. Not having homework when your husband does leaves lots of time for cooking/baking. Good luck experimenting and happy Easter!

Let me just give a little warning about quiche... you REALLY have to like eggs. My ma used to feed it to me in my younger days and I have never gotten over it....

Quiche? Really? That stuff makes me gag! I agree with the above comment that you really have to like eggs. But all those other recipes sound scrumptious!

Those all do sound delicious. Sometimes I hate cooking and sometimes, like when I've found great sounding recipes, I just want to cook away the day.

And I love quiche. But Melissa is right though, you really have to like eggs. Mmmm, I do love me some eggs.

Quiche rocks! And so does that website (allrecipes.com). Since I've given up celebrity gossip I spend much more time there.

And you only HAVE FIVE WEEKS LEFT?! Jess-I'm-so-proud-of-you!!!
