job perks

Every job has its perks right? Well, my sweet little part-timer may not include benefits such as tuition reimbursement or health insurance, but a little over the past year or so I have been able to come into rock throwing distance (not that I would ever throw rocks at anyone) of a few church apostles (I've even shaken President Monson's hand). And today, I was able to complete my First Presidency viewing with President Eyring!

You are sooo lucky! The perks, the perks! Plus I bet you get paid for your work, too. The perks, the perks....

p.s. How did you do your new template? Yo soy jealous. (Does that mean "I am jealous?" If so, tell Brad, I'm sure he'll be impressed with my Spanish.) Really, though, I want a cool background, too. Mostly I just want to be as cool as you. Love forever...

You should make a GA checklist, and then get a prize when you get them all!

In my bio class last semester, the instructor spent a lot of time talking about biologists who had performed some famous experiments and figured out important stuff. He'd also show pictures of them (we're talking at least 20 people, here). We thought it would be fun to have trading cards with each scientist on them.

Yeah, we're nerds.

So I don't know if you see comments on posts that are this old but I thought I'd try my luck. (If you can't tell I'm using my time wisely and getting to know a cousin better...or just wasting my time stalking blogs. You can pick which you prefer).

So you getting to see and meet different general authorities is a definite perk. I was thinking about it and I really have no idea what your job is. What do you do? Do you work around here or do you have to drive up to SLC often (there are lots of GA's up there).
