fitness bingo

Today in Relief Society a "fitness" bingo card was passed around for our next enrichment activity. Many of the squares on the card contain stuff like "walk for 15 minutes" or "drink 2 glasses of milk" or "eat 5 fruit and veggies today" or "exercise for 20 minutes." Each time you complete an activity you can cross of the respective square. The idea is that whoever can get a blackout by the next Enrichment will get a prize.

Now usually I'm a bit of a slacker when it comes to Enrichment activities but this idea has me really excited. I may be thin but I am definitely not the fittest of individuals... so I want to take this challenge and get a blackout! But I will have to make a slight adjustment to 3 of the bingo squares as they say "work out abs for 1o minutes." For most this wouldn't be a problem, but as I can't bend my spine, therefore really do any ab work outs (besides flexing them or laughing) I may have to find an alternative activity.

Can you lay flat on the floor and pull your knees up to your stomach? That's a good ab exercise. Or lay on your stomach and make yourself a tripod: stay up on your two elbows and your toes. That's a great one. I personally, don't do it: too hard.
